Welcome! I’m Natalie, Owner of  Barefoot Beginnings, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) and Lactation Consultant Intern currently working on clinicals toward board certification to become an IBCLC. 

They say, "It takes a village to raise a baby" and it also takes a village to support the mother or parent. As you may already know, expectant and postpartum mothers face a host of obstacles, such as little to no parental leave, lack of accommodations for onsite childcare, lack of quality nursing and pumping rooms in the workplace, not to mention the challenges that may arise with feeding baby, as well as other things that can leave parents feeling isolated and defeated.  

That's why at Barefoot Beginnings, we provide respectful, inclusive care and advocacy. We want you to feel seen, heard, and valued, and we want to protect and preserve your right to bond with your baby. It is the greatest honor to be invited into your sacred space to support you every step of the way.

We are located in Burleson, TX and proudly serve the Johnson County and surrounding areas for in person and telehealth visits. If you reside outside of these areas, we can serve you via telehealth, or connect you with a lactation provider near you.
