 At Barefoot Beginnings, LLC, our mission is to provide up-to-date evidenced-based education regarding lactation and infant feeding to both community and providers, professional lactation support to help you reach your personal feeding goals, and to connect families and essential providers in efforts to bridge the gap in maternal-infant healthcare. 

We believe families of any cultural or socioeconomic background deserve to be equipped with accurate information and care to further preserve the bond and attachment of the mom and baby dyad, as well as strengthen the foundation of the family unit.
